I have noticed that browser based programs tend to work well with the computers settings. Sometimes I can use them and other times, I have to keep cruising. I always start with my computers accessibility settings and that helps me to find the settings for the individual programs. I feel like a lot of developers don't know that blind and visually impaired people still do these things but somewhere around 18% of the world's software developers are blind or visually impaired. However they do offer free education accounts so if you're in school you can take advantage of their software for free. Autodesk has fairly accessible programs though they can be expensive. I use blender for 3d design and printing though I learned that before my vision started failing. Multisim is a great circuit sim and works alright with your devices accessibility settings.
